Four favorite foods: California cheese steak (philly cheese steak without sauce, add lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo), homemade french fries with garlic aioli, filet mignon with a caesar salad, escargot. What I would do if money were no object: Take a year long sabbatical, restock my wine cellar, play more golf, diversify.
